Welcome to the next generation

Tink's sitting in the floor next to me, reading a book about fairies. And when I say reading, I mean making up and telling a story quietly to herself, while she looks at the pictures. This is what I just heard:

That's all for now. If you want to come visit us again, just type W-W com, Fairyland. Then type Go To Fairyland. Thanks for visiting.

I just don't know what to say.

I got my first computer and the internet back when Abby was about 3. I was a total addict back then (like I'm not now, lol), but I was so bad I would check my email and ICQ if I'd get up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. One day we were loading up in the car to take a drive and I had just buckled Abby in her seat. She sighed real loud and said, "I love cheese. Cheese dot com." The whole car exploded into laughter and to this day we tease her about cheese.com.

Three typos in a short comment? hee hee... a record even for me. Just think, though. I sure am boosting the ol' comment counter, huh?

That is too funny! It still blows my mind how dependent I am on my computer and cell phone when we lived so long without even having a clue how awesome the future technology would be! And it's funny to me that all this is just a way of life for our kids. Such a technological world we are in! Wonder what the phrases will be 10 years from now? Just wonder what cute things the grandkids will be saying based on technology?

OK, I'm rambling - I really should go to bed and quit while I'm ahead.
But that is the cutest thing I think I've heard today. Thanks for sharing!
