May Day Weight Loss Challenge
I have been trying to get here all day long to write a lovely, motivated and inspirational post about the May Day Weight Loss Challenge. However, I have been sidetracked by many things, both trivial and important.
So I'm throwing this post up as my commitment to this challenge.
My first change today is simple: No sweets after dinner. If you knew our usual unhealthy routine, you'd know that this is major.
So. Off we go.
