May Day Weight Loss Challenge

I have been trying to get here all day long to write a lovely, motivated and inspirational post about the May Day Weight Loss Challenge. However, I have been sidetracked by many things, both trivial and important.

So I'm throwing this post up as my commitment to this challenge.

My first change today is simple: No sweets after dinner. If you knew our usual unhealthy routine, you'd know that this is major.

So. Off we go.

Great job. Although it may be tough at first, it's the smallest changes that can make the biggest differences.
