Menu Plan Monday

Well, guys, I've been sucked into the organizational vortex that is Menu Plan Monday. Very willingly. I'm trying to get so many areas in our household organized, and our kitchen, pantry, freezer and stomachs are at the top of the list.

Big Daddy and I did an inventory of our deep freeze Saturday, made a menu plan, and then he went shopping for the few things we needed. Our plan is very basic, but it's gonna work for us this week. So without further ado, here goes:

MONDAY
Sausage and Peppers

TUESDAY
Turkey Noodle Soup

WEDNESDAY
Barbecue Ribs

THURSDAY
Sticky Chicken

FRIDAY
This Friday night we have Life Group at our house, so we usually just feed the kids a sandwich and BD and I graze on the appetizers.

SATURDAY
Ribeyes
Baked Potato Casserole

SUNDAY
Grilled Pork Chops
Corn Casserole

So there you have it. Hopefully now that I've stuck my toe in the water, I'll be motivated to continue this every week. It would certainly be a big time and money saver, and heaven knows we need help in both those areas.

YUM! Do you have recipes for both the sticky chicken and the baked potatoe casserole? They both sound like things my kids would love.
